Coldpressed Castor Carrier Oil

Directions:

• Apply onto sore areas to reduce muscle soreness after vigorous exercise or sports
• Heat some castor oil and allow to cool until warm, then apply to treat fungal infections
• Warm the oil a little then apply to your scalp with fingertips, massaging it in to promote hair growth

Dab a bit of castor oil on your eyelids for a longer than usual sleep
