Save the Teeth
Combine 6 drops Lavender to 15 ml of a Coconut or Almond oil. Massage into the soft spot just below your earlobe or bottom of the feet each night before bed for teeth grinding.

For headache combine 2-3 drops Peppermint and lavender oil with 1 tsp. of Coconut or Almond oil and massage into the location of pain.
For painful joints & muscle pains combine 14 drops Eucalyptus, Basil or Lavender with 15 ml of Mustard or jojoba oil. Massage over the affected muscles/ joints.
Add 2 drops Eucalyptus to a bowl of steaming water. Place your face over the steam, using a towel draped over your head and bowl, holding the steam in.
Inhale Peppermint oil before a workout to reduce fatigue.
Add 10 drops of Peppermint oil with a tablespoon of Epsom salt to warm water and soak the feet for relief.
Combine 10 drops Lavender with 2 tsp. of a Coconut or Jojoba oil. Apply to the bee sting or insect bite.
Combine 4 drops Peppermint with 15 ml of Coconut oil. Massage the mixture over the abdomen area in a clockwise direction to curb motion sickness.
Inhale Bergamot, peppermint oil to increase concentration during the day.
Rub one drop each of lemongrass oil, Citronella oil and Eucalyptus oil with 1 tsp. of coconut oil and use as an effective mosquito repellent.
